Payment

Settlement of accounts payable within 30 days from the date of invoice. All prices are subject to VAT at the standard rate. Goods shall remain the property of Complete-feet.co.uk Ltd until payment is made in full. We reserve the right to charge 2.5% interest, per month, on overdue accounts. If outstanding accounts are passed to an external collection agency, all fees/charges will be added to the outstanding account. Any orders received from a customer with an outstanding account will not be processed until the account in settled in full.

Although every effort is made to maintain catalogue/web prices, orders are accepted on the basis of prices ruling at the time of despatch unless otherwise quoted.

Complete-feet.co.uk Ltd is a Licensed Wholesale Dealer (WL/22440/1) for the supply of pharmaceuticals which have been outside our controlled conditions for more than 3 days cannot be returned to stock. Returned goods will only be accepted for the following reasons (i) in response to a manufacturers product recall (ii) where goods are alleged to be faulty (iii) to correct an error in delivery.

Any shortages and discrepancies must be advised within 7 working days from receipt of order.

Local Anaesthetics: Confirmation of customers qualification in the use of local anaesthetics must be provided before we can supply.
